Three Edelweiß
Increased equipment + ambience
Emphasis of the “liveable character” of the equipment
Demand of a decorative element: carpets, curtains, pictures
Opposed to two Edelweiß: Faultless and uniform materials and decor. The optical impression of the accommodation must not be simple. The existence of equipment which goes beyond the use of advisability is required. Condition from good to very good.
Opposed to four Edelweiß: The equipment must not be oriented at an excellent standard but it should communicate a likeable and comfortable impression.

Four Edelweiß
First rate equipment + ambience/contemporary
The equipment has to be generous and reach an excellent high standard. Special noise control. Contemporary technical equipment (sanitarian and electric installations).
Opposed to three Edelweiß: The equipment has to be first rate, comfortable, harmonic and accordindly to lifted living demands. The condition of all the equipment has to be “very good”.
